Material：  Quality： I am extremely disappointed with the custom hats and scarves I received. The quality is absolutely terrible. The hats are ridiculously small—nowhere near fitting an adult-sized head. On top of that, the stitching is messy and unprofessional, with ugly cream-colored threads visibly sticking out at the top. The scarves are just as bad—far too short for an adult, making them completely impractical. The overall craftsmanship is poor, and these items are nowhere near worth the money. I would not recommend purchasing from this company unless you want to waste your money on low-quality, ill-fitting products.  On top of all of this, they quoted me shipping, I paid for the entire amount and then they came back and said after I already paid, that I had to pay more.  STAY AWAY!!
